Job summary

For this critical care post we require someone with motivation, enthusiasm, and a high standard of care. Performing a key clinical and leadership function, you will provide extensive clinical assessment, advice, support and education to clinical staff caring for critically ill patients, including responsibility for identifying patients who require active treatment.

** Please note we have no access to OSCE support courses, and nurses pending registration are welcome to apply but must be able to evidence that they have a satisfied the NMC Objective Structured Clinical Examination Test of Competence.** *

Main duties of the job

A qualified professional, you will have proven experiences at Deputy level in a critical care setting, and your experiences include leading a team, mentoring and coaching, and audit/research. You will have excellent communication skills, able to foster relationships between clinicians, allied health care professionals, patients and relatives.
