Havens Hospices is seeking a senior nurse for the Adult Community Team. Based at Fair Havens hospice, the role includes managing shifts, assessing patient care needs, and leading community team members. Candidates must hold a nursing degree, have NMC registration, and a UK driving license. This position offers a competitive salary package and opportunities to positively impact patient care.
We have an opportunity for senior nurses to join our Adult Community Team, based out of Fair Havens hospice, located near beautiful Priory Park.
This service runs across 7 days, and there is a requirement for some bank holidays, evening, and weekend working.
Candidates would need to hold a UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
You will support and manage our community team members during a shift to enable patients care needs are met, being responsible for assessing the needs of patients, implementing and evaluating the care plans provided.

Our specialist Care Teams can support them and their family living throughout illness, death and bereavement in the comfort of their own home and through our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens.
