Totnes Community Hospital in Totnes is seeking an experienced Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to lead a 16-bed acute ward and coordinate multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure high-quality patient care.
You will assess care needs, support discharge planning and act as a clinical advisor on nursing issues to maintain dignity and safety. The role offers development under the ward manager with a focus on compassionate leadership.
Work as part of a team both on the ward as a band 6 Sister / Charge Nurse, but also with other multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of service Co-ordinate the ward to maintain flow and the patients journey Assess the care needs of the patients and their families.
