The Role:
ThePre-Operative Assessment team are looking for ahighly motivated Sister/Charge Nurse to work within our department to provide a high standard of individualised patient care as part of the clinical team.A flexible approach to working is essential, and we expect the successful post holder to respect patients, their relatives and colleagues to the highest standards. We expect the post-holder to work independently within the team (after a period of training), and share our vision in providing a high quality service by participating in team building, and providing suggestions for future development / improvement.
