Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust seeks a dynamic Sister/Charge Nurse for Durrant Ward, specializing in geriatric medicine. We are looking for a dynamic Sister / Charge nurse to join the team on Durrant Ward.
Durrant Ward is a 31-bedded unit specialising in geriatric medicine.
This post is for 28.5 hours per week.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the ward, ensuring the provision of safe, high-quality, and individualised care to patients, as well as line managing and developing the ward staff.
The post holder will participate in achieving the ward’s objectives through innovative approaches to patient care, ensure adherence to Nursing Care Audit and Care Accreditation processes, and promote clinical audit and research activities to develop the ward as a learning environment.
