A leading NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sister / Charge Nurse for a permanent position at Queens Hospital Burton. This role is essential in providing exceptional nursing leadership and ensuring high standards of patient care. The candidate will manage ward operations, mentor junior staff, and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
An opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team at Queens Hospital Burton.
This is a permanent band 6 role, and the post offers full-time or part-time hours. Leadership experience is an advantage.
The Sister / Charge Nurse takes responsibility and is accountable for delegated nursing care within the clinical environment. They provide nursing leadership and are accountable for patient, public, and staff experience.
