Job Opportunity: SIPS Coordinator

We are seeking a SIPS Coordinator to join our PUMA project based in Hull. The role involves the following responsibilities:

1. Identify planned work requiring SIPs activities and ensure they are scheduled timely.
2. Collaborate with project/construction managers, engineers, and site supervision to plan and schedule SIPs activities effectively.
3. Coordinate with the Temporary Works Coordinator to identify requirements and ensure designs are suitable and compliant.
4. Ensure all SIPs activities adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and project specifications.
5. Identify and proactively address risks and issues related to SIPs activities to prevent delays or safety concerns.
6. Communicate with other departments to align project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
7. Keep planners, completions engineers, and superintendents informed of progress and issues.
8. Maintain up-to-date relevant documentation.
9. Participate in daily coordination meetings and other relevant meetings.
10. Submit regular progress reports to the Project Director or Construction Manager.
