Job summary

Fidelity International in the UK seeks a Retail Pension Benefits - Process Specialist to support the SIPP Benefits hub in Kingswood. You will manage daily workloads, handle queries and escalations, and ensure accurate processing of pension sharing orders, transfers, calculations and payments.

The role requires SIPP/DC/DB administration experience, strong HMRC knowledge, and attention to detail while collaborating across teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in SIPP/DC/DB administration.
• Strong knowledge of HMRC rules governing transfers and payments.
• IOC1 MiFID II classification; FA2 desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks against tight deadlines.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workloads, address queries and escalations or complaints.
• Understand SIPP Benefits Processes in UK and India roles.
• Manage complex client instructions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Oversee process risks and ensure data quality and reporting compliance.
• Maintain and update team procedures, flows and quick guides.
• Contribute to daily targets through timely, high‑quality client service.
• Escalate issues posing regulatory, reputational or financial risks.
• Direct contact with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Generate ideas and participate in projects contributing to team success.
