Smith+Ne, a leading medical device company in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior SIOP Lead to drive alignment across Commercial, Finance and Operations and to steer the SIOP process for seamless execution. You will lead a small team and influence senior leaders to prioritise initiatives and enable informed decision-making.

The role requires strong analytics, communication, and change-management skills, with experience in regulated environments highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
• Proven experience in SIOP/S&OP, demand planning, and/or PLM in a global organization.
• Prior line management experience leading small teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level across matrix organisations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to support business decisions and recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence making decisions and managing through evolving priorities.
• Medical device/regulated industry experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team while guiding them through organisational change and transformation.
• Drive the SIOP process across the AWM business to keep Commercial, Finance and Operations aligned on priorities and actions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to facilitate decision making and keep key initiatives on track.
• Prepare and present business insights, recommendations, and executive-level materials to support leadership discussions.
• Bring together information from multiple functions to identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
• Create visibility and accountability across the organisation, ensuring agreed actions are delivered.
• Support business planning activities and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organisational performance.
• Provide oversight of demand planning activities while maintaining focus on alignment and execution.

As SIOP Lead , you'll work closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance and Operations to drive alignment, support decision making and ensure the business remains focused on its strategic priorities.

You will lead a small team and partner closely with senior leaders across the business. Success in this role comes from your ability to influence, communicate and bring structure to complexity, helping the organisation make informed decisions and execute with confidence.

What will you be doing?
