Based in Geneva, this role supports the development of grassroots motorsport worldwide, working closely with FIA Member Clubs to shape impactful sport initiatives and funding proposals. The Liaison Officer will help coordinate international programmes, promote inclusive participation, and ensure visibility for projects that drive positive change in motorsport communities. A key part of the role involves championing gender equity and broader Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) goals, with a focus on increasing representation and engagement of women and underrepresented groups in motorsport.
