Role Overview

We are seeking a Simulator Technician to join our team at the St Paul's Arcade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out basic technical checks and regular system maintenance to ensure equipment functions safely and reliably, escalating issues as needed.
  • Lead game management and technical functionality during venue operations, supporting setup and readiness in coordination with the venue team.
  • Log incidents, maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements accurately; perform inventory checks to maintain technical supplies.
  • Address guest questions and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with guest flow to maintain seamless operations and an engaging atmosphere.
  • Work with AV systems, simulators, and interactive technology, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently during live operations to maintain guest confidence.
Preferred Experience

Experience in hospitality or entertainment settings is advantageous.
