Overview

Red Bull Technology have exciting opportunities for undergraduate students to spend a year as part of our F1 Vehicle Dynamics team. The placements will run from summer of 2026 for one year and offer the opportunity to demonstrate your enthusiasm and apply your knowledge in an open and dynamic environment.

Placement Location and Scope

Based on our Milton Keynes campus, this Terrain Modelling placement opportunity will allow the successful candidate to develop skills in problem solving, creativity, teamwork, planning, innovation and communication whilst performing the following tasks:

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop simulator circuit models
  • Validation of circuit models against track data
  • Work closely on problem solving with simulator group
  • Test and validate simulator circuit models
  • Provide real-time event support
Qualifications (to be considered)
  • Studying a degree in Games or Digital Media
  • Experience with image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with 3D modelling software such as 3DS Max
  • Possess a good grasp of game content creation
  • Have examples of your work through an online portfolio or mod forum

  • Ability to follow best practice and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
