A healthcare provider is seeking a Simulation Centre Coordinator to manage all technical aspects of operating the simulation centre. Responsibilities include overseeing simulation equipment, providing real-time technical support, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. The role also involves collaborating closely with educators and clinicians to enhance training delivery. The ideal candidate will be adept with AV systems and simulation technology, contributing to continuous service improvement in a supportive work environment.
The post holder will provide day-to-day coordination of all technical aspects of operating the Simulation Centre, including support with the delivery of simulation training and maintenance of equipment and facilities. The role involves working closely with Medical Leads, faculty, course delegates, and other centre-based staff.
