Job summary

HireHi в Великобритании ищет инженера по робототехнике с опытом создания реалистичных симуляционных сред. Ваша задача — строить симуляции для манипуляций, тестировать и улучшать поведение роботов до развёртывания на аппаратуре, работать с GPU-кластерами и различными движками.

Требуется 3+ года опыта, знание Python и навыков отладки физики. Предлагается relocation support в UK, базовая зарплата плюс equity, 23 дня отпуска, больничные, частное медицинское страхование и пенсионная система с 8%

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта в создании симуляционных сред и физических систем.
• Опыт работы с Isaac Sim/IsaacLab, MuJoCo, PyBullet, Drake, Unreal или Unity.
• Опыт масштабной параллельной симуляции на GPU.
• Сильные навыки Python и отладки физики.
• Грамотные инженерные практики и умение объяснять эксперименты.

Responsibilities

• Строить реалистичные симуляционные окружения для задач манипуляции.

The company builds advanced robotic systems designed to operate in real-world environments. Its product is being tested in industrial settings, and the team is scaling technology for simulation, learning, robotics, and real-world deployment. The company develops technology to help general-purpose robots understand tasks, interact with physical objects, and act reliably outside the lab.

Задачи

• Build realistic simulation environments for dexterous manipulation tasks
• Enable the use of simulation environments to train, evaluate, and improve robot behavior before deployment to hardware

Требования

• 3+ Years of experience building simulation environments, physics-based interactive systems, or game-engine-based environments
• Hands-on experience with at least one of Isaac Sim, IsaacLab, MuJoCo, PyBullet, Drake, Unreal, or Unity focused on physically accurate interactions
• Experience with large-scale parallel simulation on GPU clusters
• Strong Python skills and ability to debug physics issues, profile bottlenecks, and write maintainable research code
• Good software engineering practices and clear communication about experiments and trade-offs

• robotics or manipulation experience, training RL policies in simulation, understanding of reward hacking, distribution shift, and sim-to-real challenges, NVIDIA Isaac Sim or IsaacLab, domain randomization, system identification, robocasa, robosuite or similar frameworks, publications in robotics or RL, strong open-source contributions
