Job summary

You will support Education and Simulation training across specialties, contribute to curriculum delivery, governance, and the development of simulation-based learning with hospital staff and Three Counties Medical School students.

Qualifications

• Support Simulation-based education across residents and staff.
• Assist in developing and delivering the PGME curriculum and governance.
• Collaborate with simulation tutors and medical colleagues to enhance learning.

Responsibilities

• Represent the simulation network within GHNHSFT and its regional bodies.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate simulation sessions for residents, staff and TCMS learners.
• Support research, reports and educational bids related to simulation training.
