Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking a credit lawyer to support a core banking client on transactional matters for a six‑month engagement in the UK. You will be backed by a sponsoring Partner and a client team, with access to the firm’s resources and Know‑how during the assignment.
You should bring strong experience in credit and lending, including real estate finance or related sectors, and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.
