As a Silverware Specialist you will specialise in the brands’ most renowned department. To drive sales, you will excel at storytelling and building strong, client-centric relationships, ensuring every guest experience is remarkable.

You must have silverware or luxury homeware experience, whilst confidently demonstrating a genuine passion for the brand, maintaining impeccable grooming standards, and confidently executing high-value transactions.

The Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed CRM targets.
  • Personalize outreach and fully utilize clientelling tools for CRM tasks.
  • Capture detailed client data and qualitative insights.
  • Know and manage your customer portfolio effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to drive strong business performance.
  • Leverage all omnichannel services to grow sales.
  • Actively participate in training and commercial activities.
  • Work towards and surpass sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.
  • Maintain impeccable store environment, BOH, and grooming standards.
  • Support after-sales clients and ensure outstanding follow-up service.

About You:

  • Commercially minded
  • Driven and hungry
  • Fluency in another language is advantageous (e.g. Arabic)
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Great understanding and passion for British History
  • Previous experience in luxury homeware or fine jewellery isessential
