Find. in Crewe (with nationwide travel) is seeking an experienced Signalling Engineer to move into a training role, delivering to apprentices and existing rail professionals. The role offers a £55,000 salary plus a car allowance and full training with teaching qualifications funded. Monday to Friday, with training provided and opportunity to travel to client sites nationwide.

No prior teaching qualifications are required as they will provide full training and fund the teaching qualifications.

Formación

• Strong background within rail signalling.
• Experience across signalling maintenance and/or installation.
• Good technical knowledge and practical experience.
• Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver signalling training across maintenance, fault finding, installation and basic signalling.
• Train and upskill Network Rail employees and other rail professionals.
• Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions.

I’m working with a training provider looking for an experienced Signalling Engineer to move into a training role, delivering to apprentices and existing rail professionals.

No previous teaching experience or teaching qualifications are required. They’re happy to recruit someone directly from industry and will provide full training and put you through the relevant teaching qualifications.

The role

• Deliver signalling training across maintenance, fault finding, installation and basic signalling
• Train and upskill Network Rail employees and other rail professionals
• Deliver a mix of classroom and practical‑based sessions
• Work from the Crewe centre alongside delivery at client sites across the UK
• Support learners through their training and development

What they’re looking for

• Previous mentoring, coaching or apprentice support would be beneficial
