Find. is seeking an experienced Signalling Engineer to transition into a training role in Clapham, with nationwide travel across the UK. The position offers a salary of £55,000 plus a car allowance, with full training provided and funded teaching qualifications.

No prior teaching qualifications are required as training will be provided. The role focuses on delivering signalling training to apprentices and rail professionals, combining classroom and hands-on sessions.

Formación

• Strong background in rail signalling and hands-on experience in maintenance or installation.
• Mentoring, coaching, or apprentice support is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver signalling training across maintenance, fault finding, installation and basic signalling.
• Train and upskill Network Rail employees and other rail professionals.
• Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions.
• Work from the Clapham centre and client sites across the UK.
• Support learners through their training and development.
