Job summary

Personnel Link Employment Group Ltd in Colchester seeks a hands-on Signage Installer / CSCS Fitter to join a growing team. Travel from Colchester depot to sites across the UK for installing internal and external signage.

The role requires a valid CSCS Card and prior fitting/installation or site experience, with a Monday–Friday pattern and paid overtime. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and travel benefits.

Location: Colchester (Severalls Business Park)

Salary: £31,500 per year + Overtime Paid at 1.5x

Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00am starts | 10-hour shifts

The Role

Working as part of an experienced installation team, you'll travel from the Colchester depot to sites across the UK, installing a variety of internal and external signage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing signage on commercial and construction sites
• Using hand and power tools safely
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Reading installation drawings where required
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Following all health and safety procedures on site

What We're Looking For

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous fitting, installation or site experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Happy to travel and work away when required
• Reliable, hardworking and team-focused
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
