• A genuine interest in design, creativity and production.

Signage Estimator – North London
Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 depending on experience plus quarterly bonuses

We are working with a creative and well established signage company in North London that is looking for a Signage Estimator to join their team. This is a full time role within a busy, design led workshop producing everything from traditional neon to shop fascias, timber signs, murals and more for a wide range of high profile clients.

This role would suit someone with a good understanding of sign making or a similar manufacturing background who enjoys a mix of technical work and client interaction.

What you will be doing

• Producing accurate estimates for bespoke signage projects, large and small




• Reviewing drawings, specs and related documentation to prepare quotes




• Speaking with suppliers to negotiate prices and get up to date material costs




• Working closely with the workshop team to make sure quotes are practical and aligned with production




• Liaising with clients on the phone, in person and via email




• Managing enquiries from start to finish and helping convert them into live jobs

What we are looking for

• At least two years experience in signage, print or a similar production environment




• Ability to read and interpret architect drawings and project specs




• Good technical understanding of materials and manufacturing techniques




• Organised, confident and comfortable dealing with both clients and suppliers




• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Word and Excel
