Job summary

Future Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced CNC Router Operator to join a well-established signage and graphics manufacturer in Warwickshire.

The role is hands-on, operating an Axis CNC router to produce components for signage and display projects while meeting quality and production timescales. Ideal candidates will have prior CNC router experience, be comfortable reading technical drawings, and maintain high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC router operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or cutting files.
• Good attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Experience working with sheet materials and plastics is advantageous.
• Safe and practical hands-on approach to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate an Axis CNC router within a busy manufacturing environment.
• Set up and run the machine to produce components accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Load and prepare materials for machining and check finished work for quality.
• Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as required.
• Ensure jobs are completed within production deadlines and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
