Join a well-established, family-run signage company where your skills and attention to detail truly matter. We're looking for a hands-on Sign Manufacturer & Fitter to produce and install a range of high-quality signs across the South.

From eye-catching lightboxes to precision-fit architectural graphics, you'll play a vital role in bringing our clients visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and install a wide range of signage, including internal and external signs, lightboxes, and large-format graphics.
• Accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise placement and installation.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and finish in both production and fitting.
• Work to deadlines without compromising on craftsmanship.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to a high standard.
• Follow all health and safety protocols during installation work.
• Represent the company professionally on-site, providing outstanding customer service.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Sign Maker/Fitter or in a related role (vehicle and architectural wrapping experience is desirable).
• Strong understanding of sign-making processes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Confident in reading and working from technical drawings.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• A valid CSCS card is preferred.
• Experience with illuminated/electrical signage is advantageous.
