Job summary

Signs Express Glasgow is seeking a skilled Sign Maker & Installer to produce and install a wide range of signage solutions, including vehicle graphics, interior and exterior signs, window graphics and large-format prints.

The role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Full-time or part-time permanent role, based in Glasgow, with driving licence essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' industry experience making and installing signage.
• Experience with wide format printers, vinyl plotters and laminators is desirable.
• Production experience in sign fitting, including vehicle graphics and panel installation.

Responsibilities

• Install internal and external signage including fascia and post-mounted signs.
• Apply vinyl to substrates including vehicles and windows.
• Interpret briefs accurately with understanding of signage manufacturing techniques.
• Sign making using varied substrates (aluminium, ACM, acrylic, wood, vinyl, Foamex).
• Support in-house production and maintain equipment (printer/plotter/laminator).
• Ensure installations are on time and to budget with strict safety adherence.
