Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sign Maker to join our client in Dartford. You will manufacture a wide range of internal and external signage, using wood, metal, Acrylics and LED, and contribute to production-to-installation workflow with the fitting team.

Ideal candidates have proven sign making experience, strong fabrication skills (cutting, folding and assembling), CNC router/laser experience, and a keen eye for detail and quality in a fast-growing signage environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sign making and workshop production or similar industry.
• Strong skills in fabrication, cutting, folding, and assembling.
• Steel welding experience is a big plus.
• Experience with operation of CNC routers and lasers within the signage industry is highly desirable.
• Great attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Sign Maker / Fabricator

Salary £28k-£32k DOE

Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00 plus overtime

We're looking for a skilled motivated and willing to learn Sign Maker to assist the head Fitter for our client in Dartford. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy bringing signage to life from concept to creation - we want to hear from you!

The Role:

• Manufacture a wide range of internal and external signage
• Work with materials such as wood, metal, Acrylics, LED and able to put their hand to sign making and problem solving
• Operation of CNC routers and lasers
• Assist with the creation of built-up letters, trays, and other bespoke signage
• Collaborate with the fitting team to ensure smooth production-to-installation workflow

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sign making and workshop production or similar industry
• Strong skills in fabrication, cutting, folding, and assembling
• Steel welding experience is a big plus
