Job description

Our growing company is seeking a Sign Installer to help us complete tasks correctly and on time. You’ll work with a close-knit team to bring customers' plans to life. Previous sign or construction experience is required, along with a good understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment.

Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

1. Installation of signs and graphics of all types: interior logos/letter sets, exterior letter sets, monument signs, post & panel signs, vehicle lettering, and vehicle wraps
2. Conduct yourself in a professional manner
3. Work within predetermined timelines
4. Use hand tools and power tools, read tape measures, and understand construction plans
5. Work from ladders and lift/bucket trucks comfortably
6. Perform light excavation work (digging, placing concrete)
7. Perform sign production work (apply vinyl, use various fasteners/adhesives)
8. Assist in other areas as required (sales, production, printing)

Qualifications:

1. Solid mechanical skills, good eye-hand coordination, and depth perception
2. Physical strength and stamina are essential
3. Construction experience, knowledge of methods, tools, and ability to read blueprints and plans
4. Ability to work in inclement weather (extreme temperatures, rain, etc.)
5. Valid driver’s license
6. Hiring contingent on DOT health exam and drug testing
