Job summary

Prodrive Recruitment Consultants Ltd are seeking an experienced MRP System Manager for our Pershore client, a leading manufacturer supporting defence, Rail, Automotive and Agriculture.

The successful candidate will own the implementation of Sicon Manufacturing; maintain data integrity; generate reports and optimise production workflows across procurement, engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or certified in technology such as MRP/ERP systems.
• Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ERP/MRP systems in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Sicon Manufacturing system to align with production requirements.
• Utilise Sicon to track stock levels and generate operational/financial reports.
• Monitor inventory from procurement to despatch to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure BOMs are created and maintained in Sicon Manufacturing across teams.
• Develop and apply Works Order routings for production.
• Keep departmental managers updated to drive communication and engagement with Sicon.
• Oversee Production Tracking and cost analyses for improvements.
• Document and enforce production processes within Sicon Manufacturing.
• Lead people management activities including regular performance reviews.
