Job summary

Warehousingsolutions is seeking a number of full-time security officers to start work at Luton Airport this month and next, with day, night and weekend shifts available.

You can choose to work days or just nights + weekends. Day shifts 8 am–6 pm or 8 am–8 pm at £19.50/hour; night shifts 8 pm–8 am at £22.50/hour; weekends/overtime at £25.50/hour. Weekly pay every Friday; 45–60 hours per week guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Previous security officer experience preferred.
• Willingness to work day, night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to patrol, monitor CCTV, control access, and respond to incidents.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and securing: Regularly inspect buildings, perimeters and access points.
• Monitoring surveillance systems: Observe CCTV and security systems and respond to threats.
• Controlling access: Check IDs and log entries/exits.
• Responding to incidents: Investigate alarms and address safety concerns.
• Enforcing regulations: Ensure compliance with security policies.
• Reporting and documentation: Maintain logs and incident reports.

Day , night and weekend shifts available

Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £22.50 hour

We pay weekly every Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
• Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or unusual activity.
• Controlling Access: Checking identification, logging entries and exits, and regulating access to restricted areas.
• Responding to Incidents: Investigating alarms, handling emergencies, and taking appropriate action to address safety or security concerns.
• Enforcing Regulations: Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, and resolving conflicts or disturbances.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and communicating any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
