Full and Part Time, Permanent Work

Location: London

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis

Pay Rate: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour

Role Overview and Purpose

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of Security and Customer Service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. The role is the public face of the Security Team and requires professionalism and a positive attitude. Main Duties include:

• Delivering first-class guest-focused service
• Working as a team to meet guest needs
• Carrying out regular patrols and proactively assisting visitors
• Managing incidents according to site policies
• Coordinating with the control room and supporting colleagues
• Monitoring human behavior and surveillance
• Logging and reporting incidents
• Preventing unauthorized access
• Adhering to radio procedures
• Collaborating with the Environmental Services team
