Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a skilled SIA licensed Security Officer to cover multiple client premises, with potential for fixed shifts. You will patrol sites, brief visitors, process deliveries, and maintain accurate logs, while ensuring alarms and safety procedures are followed.

You must hold a valid SIA Front-Line license (essential) and ideally a CCTV license. Strong IT and a UK driving licence with reliable transport are required to succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused role.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA Front-Line License is essential.
• A valid SIA CCTV License is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to reliable transport.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel, are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain surveillance and carry out regular site patrols and log them as required.
• Brief visitors and contractors; manage sign-in/out procedures.
• Record entry/exit of deliveries and process related paperwork.
• Ensure patrols are performed to required standards and report deviations.
• Set/disable alarm systems for out-of-hours security as applicable.
• Complete daily occurrence logs, shift handovers and safety reports.
• Stay updated with Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and quality docs.
• Maintain training records and ensure first aid and fire marshal training is up to date.
• Demonstrate professional SIA standards and display licence at all times.
• Perform ad hoc duties as directed by supervisors.
