Firmdale Hotels, including Ham Yard Hotel, is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to safeguard guests and colleagues. You will maintain vigilance in public areas, deliver a warm and professional welcome, and support the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.

The role requires a valid SIA license, strong knowledge of London, and flexibility to work Tue–Sat, 4:00 pm–12:00 am, with a focus on safety and guest experience. Benefits include service charges and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• SIA license is required.
• Strong knowledge of London to assist guests.
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts (Tue–Sat, 4:00 pm–12:00 am).
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a constant presence in the courtyard and lobby to identify risks and ensure guest safety.
