Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Norwich is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect our client's property, people and assets on site. The role is full-time and permanent, with a shift pattern including Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at a rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will work to Assignment Instructions, meet KPIs, and complete required training while renewing licences as needed. Applicants should hold an SIA licence; SC clearance is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience
• SIA license
• SC Clearance desirable

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per AI's and changes
• Meet KPIs/SLAs and aid contract retention
• Undertake mandatory training and licence renewals on schedule
• Comply with UK law, health & safety, and security procedures
• Maintain incident logs and report to Security Account Manager
