Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a security officer to protect client property, people, and assets on-site in Ballynahinch. You will work four days on, four days off, with overtime opportunities and uniform provided. Comprehensive training and paid annual leave are part of the package.

The role requires an SIA licence, a front-line licence (Guarding or Door Supervision), and the ability to comply with UK law, policies, and safety requirements while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience.
• SIA Licence or equivalent.
• Front-line Licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property and assets per AI's and site Instructions.
• Meet/exceed KPIs and SLAs for the client.
• Complete required on-site tasks per Assignment Instructions.
• Renew front-line licence 16 weeks before expiry.
• Attend mandatory training and maintain professional safety standards.
• Record incidents accurately for reports.
