Responsibilities

• Maintaining a visible and approachable presence at venue entrances and throughout premises.
• Engaging positively with customers while supporting venue staff.
• Enforcing venue policies including age verification, dress codes, and intoxication policies.
• Completing incident reports and documentation when required.
• Supporting emergency procedures and assisting with safe venue evacuations if necessary.
