Qualifications

• Ability to pass BS7858 security screening.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and late-night shifts.
• Reliable transport to and from assigned venues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presence at venue entrances and throughout premises.
• Engage positively with customers while supporting venue staff.
• Ensure smooth operations during busy trading periods.
• Enforce venue policies including age verification and dress codes.
• Manage incidents calmly and professionally.
• Complete incident reports and documentation when required.
• Support emergency procedures and assist with evacuations.
