About The Role

‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!

Instead of working in one department, we’re seeking versatile Team Members to support guests across different resort teams, ensuring they have a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s.

As an SIA Licensed Team Member Plus, your schedule will involve:

1. Working on Mondays and Fridays to clean guest accommodations, including bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and kitchens, aligned with our Clean and Fault Free program.
2. Working in the Resort Safety (Security) department on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

This role offers variety and the opportunity to gain experience in multiple departments, with remuneration reflecting your diverse responsibilities. Live-in accommodation may be available for those aged 18 and relocating to the area.

About You

We seek energetic, fun-loving multitaskers who enjoy learning and working with like-minded individuals. Previous security experience is desirable but not essential; however, holding a valid SIA Door Supervisor License, a UK driving license, and/or CCTV license is highly advantageous.

We value your attitude, mindset, and passion for guest service over experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. No two days are the same, and you’ll enjoy working with a variety of team members and guests.
