SIA Licenced Resort Safety Officer - Team Member Plus

‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!

Instead of working in one department, we’re looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s.

As an SIA Licenced Team Member Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our guest accommodation, covering bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and kitchens, aligned to our Clean and Fault Free program. You will also work in the Resort Safety (Security) department on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, leaving your weekends free—unless you wish to work more hours.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in multiple departments and enjoy variety, with remuneration to reflect this.

Live-in accommodation may be available for those aged 18 and relocating to the area.

About The Role

We’re seeking high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning and working with a like-minded team. Previous security experience is desirable but not essential; however, holding a valid SIA Door Supervisor License and a UK driving license is mandatory. A CCTV license would be advantageous.
