Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, owners, and staff at our park. The role requires an active SIA Door Supervisor license and prior security experience, ideally within hospitality or leisure.

You will monitor the park, control access, respond to incidents, and keep accurate records. Expect varied shifts, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for career development and team perks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous experience in security, preferably hospitality or leisure is an advantage.
• Strong communication and calm, professional demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners, and team.
• Assist in park access control, allowing only authorized individuals on site.
• Respond promptly to security-related incidents, alarms, or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest service and assist with guest queries.
• Collaborate with team members and park functions to maintain a safe environment.
