Showsec is seeking professional and reliable SIA Door Supervisors to join the Oxford team at the O2 Academy Oxford. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, managing crowds, and delivering excellent customer service in busy venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in crowd management and venue security would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre and post event checks.
• Assist with ingress/egress and queue management.
• Enforce venue policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor for signs of distress and report incidents to supervisor.
