Job Title: SI Solicitor

As a SI Solicitor, you'll work in a team specialising in claiming compensation from the government for victims of violence through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA). You will work closely with clients, providing exceptional legal advice to achieve the best possible resolution.

About You
  • You will lead investigations of various Serious Injury cases, aiming to maximise client damages and optimise cost recovery while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • You will play a crucial role in developing external relationships to enhance the team's market-leading profile and secure new business.
  • You should be a qualified Solicitor with experience in serious injury claims and CICA.
  • You must possess strong business development skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
  • You should be capable of working independently and as part of a team, with excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
  • You need to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and a drive to succeed in this growing area of law.
