Job summary

Voyago Windsor is hiring a Casual Shuttle Operator (Hospital Shuttle Service) to transport hospital staff between designated park-out locations and the hospital. The role is casual and shifts vary, requiring full flexibility across a range of times.

You will operate shuttle vehicles safely, provide courteous service, and follow hospital site procedures while maintaining a professional presence and supporting a high-volume shuttle operation.

Qualifications

• Possess an F/B/C class license.
• Able to provide a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate safe and defensive driving techniques.
• Capable of working independently and adapting to changing schedules.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to provide a clean Vulnerable Sector Screen.
• Shuttle or transit experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a shuttle vehicle in accordance with Voyago standards.
• Provide courteous, professional service to hospital staff.
• Follow all safety protocols and hospital site procedures.
• Support a high-volume shuttle operation as needed.
• Transport passengers to and from staff parking.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections at the start of each shift.

Job description

Voyago is hiring a Casual Shuttle Operator (Hospital Shuttle Service) in our Windsor location!

This service provides transportation for hospital staff from designated park‑out locations to the hospital. Casual Operators will be scheduled based on operational needs and must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts.

• You are responsible for safely operating a shuttle vehicle in accordance with Voyago standards
• Additionally, you must provide courteous, professional service to hospital staff.
• You must follow all safety protocols and hospital site procedures.
• You must support a high-volume of shuttle operations as needed.
• You are responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from staff parking.
• You are responsible for performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection to ensure their vehicle is in good working order at the start of their shift

Hourly Wage: $20.05 per hour

Your profile

• You possess an F / B / C class license
• You are comfortable providing a clean drivers abstract
• You display safe and defensive driving techniques
• You have the ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
• You demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• You are comfortable providing a clean Criminal Record Search With Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Previous shuttle or transit experience is an asset.

Shift Requirements

You must be available to work any shift Monday to Friday, including:

• Split Shift 5:00AM - 10:15AM and 2:00PM - 5:00PM
• 5:30AM - 1:30PM
• 1:30PM - 7:00PM
• 7:00PM - 12:30AM
