Job summary

One Way is seeking a skilled Shuttering Joiner to join a major civil engineering project in Blackpool. You will perform general shuttering and formwork duties, construct timber and engineered formwork, and set out shutters to required levels from drawings and site specifications.

You will work alongside groundworkers and other site trades, assist with reinforcement and concrete operations where required, and maintain a safe, tidy working area on site.

Qualifications

• General shuttering and formwork experience on civil projects.
• Ability to read drawings and site specifications.
• Experience constructing timber and engineered formwork.
• Commitment to safety and tidy workspace.

Responsibilities

• General shuttering and formwork duties as laid out on site.
• Construct and install timber and engineered formwork.
• Set out shutters to required levels and dimensions.
• Work on concrete structures and foundations.
• Strike and dismantle formwork safely.
• Work from drawings and site specifications.
• Assist with reinforcement and concrete operations where required.
• Collaborate with groundworkers and other site trades.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working area.
