Job summary

Resourcing Group is actively recruiting Shuttering Carpenters to support a major infrastructure project in York Central. You will construct, install and dismantle timber and proprietary formwork, and interpret drawings to prepare moulds for concrete structures on a large civil site.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card and have experience on large projects. A Safety Critical Medical is essential and candidates must be willing to undergo drug/alcohol testing.

Qualifications

• CSCS Skilled Worker Card required.
• Experience on large infrastructure or civil engineering projects is essential.
• Safety Critical Medical is required.
• Experience with proprietary formwork systems such as Doka or Peri is advantageous.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a major infrastructure project in York Central.

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and dismantling timber and proprietary formwork, interpreting technical drawings, preparing moulds for concrete structures, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. You'll be working as part of a team on a large civil engineering project while maintaining excellent health and safety standards at all times and all other associated tasks.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card and have previous experience working on large infrastructure or civil engineering projects. A Safety Critical Medical is essential, and candidates must be willing to comply with site drug and alcohol testing and all site safety procedures.
