Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking experienced Shuttering Carpenters for a major infrastructure project in Solihull. The role involves constructing, installing and dismantling timber formwork, interpreting drawings and preparing moulds for concrete structures on a busy civil site.

Applicants must hold a CSCS Skilled Worker Card and have prior experience on large infrastructure projects. A Safety Critical Medical and site drug/alcohol testing are required, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Shuttering carpentry experience on civil/infrastructure sites.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare moulds.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices on site.
• Previous work on large infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Experience with proprietary formwork systems like Doka or Peri is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a major infrastructure project in Solihull.

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and dismantling timber and proprietary formwork, interpreting technical drawings, preparing moulds for concrete structures, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. You'll be working as part of a team on a large civil engineering project while maintaining excellent health and safety standards at all times and all other associated tasks.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card and have previous experience working on large infrastructure or civil engineering projects. A Safety Critical Medical is essential, and candidates must be willing to comply with site drug and alcohol testing and all site safety procedures.
