The Great Shutter Co. Ltd has built a strong reputation for excellent service. We are looking for an experienced and reliable shutter fitter to join our existing team. It is vital that the candidate has a can-do attitude and a positive, outgoing manner.

Salary depending on experience - up to £36,000.

The role responsibilities include:

• Fitting plantation shutters and blinds in customers’ homes and commercial premises.
• Dealing with our customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Monday - Friday schedule.
• For the right candidate, surveying for shutters and blinds in customers' homes. Training on measuring and quoting will be provided.

Candidate requirements:

• Confident, well-presented, punctual, and hardworking with excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
• Full driving licence.
• Proficient in the use of hand and electric tools and a variety of fixing materials.
• Previous experience in fitting blinds, shutters, and curtains.
• Company vehicle and tools provided during working hours.
• All expenses paid (fuel, parking, etc.).
• Company uniform provided.
• Comprehensive training & ongoing coaching for candidates interested in sales and surveying roles.
• 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays).
• Self-employed position.
