Job summary

You will identify critical path activities, manage risks, lead planning meetings, monitor progress, and implement improvements from post-shutdown reviews. Knowledge of SAP and MS Project or equivalent planning tools is required, with proven experience in manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environments.

Qualifications

• Proven planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing, engineering, pharma, or FMCG.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple overlapping schedules.
• Experience managing contractors and permit-to-work systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise shutdown schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Consolidate activities from maintenance, engineering, validation, and production into a single plan.
• Identify critical path activities, resources, risks and dependencies to maximise delivery.
• Coordinate materials, spare parts, contractors, and external services ahead of shutdown execution.
• Lead planning and execution meetings and drive resolution of issues.

This is a Mon-Fri days position.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimise shutdown schedules, coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure safe and successful execution.Consolidate maintenance, engineering, validation, and production activities into a single achievable shutdown plan.Identify critical path activities, resource requirements, risks, and dependencies to maximise work completion and minimise downtime.Coordinate materials, spare parts, contractors, and external services to ensure full readiness ahead of shutdown execution.Lead planning and execution meetings, monitor progress against plan, and drive resolution of issues that could impact delivery.Conduct post-shutdown reviews, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements to enhance future performance.Knowledge, skills and experience:Proven experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environment.Strong project management expertise with experience managing multiple overlapping schedules and turnaround activities.Sound technical understanding of maintenance activities, plant equipment, contractor management, and permit-to-work systems.Experience using SAP, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.Ready to Apply?If you thrive on organisation, collaboration, and delivering complex maintenance activities with precision, we'd love to hear from you.
