If you are passionate about making an impact and want to be part of a team that values growth, innovation, and excellence, then Ipsen could be where you thrive!As a Shutdown Planner within the Maintenance & Reliability team, you'll work across multiple functions to develop integrated shutdown schedules, coordinate resources and contractors, manage critical path activities, and drive continuous improvement in shutdown performance. This is a Mon-Fri days position.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimise shutdown schedules, coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure safe and successful execution.Consolidate maintenance, engineering, validation, and production activities into a single achievable shutdown plan.Identify critical path activities, resource requirements, risks, and dependencies to maximise work completion and minimise downtime.Coordinate materials, spare parts, contractors, and external services to ensure full readiness ahead of shutdown execution.Lead planning and execution meetings, monitor progress against plan, and drive resolution of issues that could impact delivery.Conduct post-shutdown reviews, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements to enhance future performance.Knowledge, skills and experience:Proven experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environment.Strong project management expertise with experience managing multiple overlapping schedules and turnaround activities.Sound technical understanding of maintenance activities, plant equipment, contractor management, and permit-to-work systems.Experience using SAP, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.Ready to Apply?If you thrive on organisation, collaboration, and delivering complex maintenance activities with precision, we'd love to hear from you.
