This pivotal role involves overseeing shutdown operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality compliance during all phases of the shutdown process. The Contract Shutdown Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects on time and within budget, while effectively managing team dynamics and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background as a Shutdown Lead, demonstrating expertise in the industry and a proven track record of managing complex shutdowns for operational improvements.
