Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as an HR advisor to leadership across multiple business units
  • Lead efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, and applicant tracking
  • Navigate and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Analyze trends to help shape organizational programs and HR policy
  • Provide performance coaching and guidance to line managers
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures
  • Support benefits and compensation programs aligned with organizational goals

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
  • 7+ years of human resources experience
  • Strong working knowledge across multiple HR disciplines

What Could Set You Apart:

  • PHR or SPHR certification (in addition to SHRM-CP)
  • Experience with grant-related HR work, including both financial disbursement knowledge and grant writing responsibilities
  • Prior experience with public sector or unionized environments
  • Familiarity with Velocity and strong MS Office skills
