About The Role

Hawk3 Talent solutions are currently working with a leading importer and retailer specializing in natural stone and tiling products. Our rapidly growing and reputable client operates multiple showrooms across the UK, and are currently seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Consultant for our Cheltenham location.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the company in our showroom, providing expert guidance and support to customers throughout their buying journey:from initial consultation to post:sale advice. This role combines excellent customer service with product knowledge and sales expertise in a consultative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer expert advice on our product range to meet customer design briefs and project requirements.
  • Identify solutions for customer tile projects by recommending the most suitable products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing the sales process from enquiry through to order completion and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team, sharing product knowledge and technical insights.
  • Handle customer communications via phone and email, process payments, arrange sample dispatch, follow up on sales leads, and provide aftercare service.

Skills And Experience

  • Retail Experience preferably within the Luxury products industry.
  • A creative flair and an eye for colour are advantageous.
  • Strong sales motivation with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast:paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well:organized and computer literate, with a good grasp of basic mathematics.
