Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Witney is seeking a Showroom Sales Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom or contacting the business by phone or email. Showroom Sales Assistant

£13.33 - £20.00 per hour + Full Training + Career Progression + Part-Time Permanent Role + Company Pension

Witney (Commutable from: Oxford, Botley, Headington, Cowley, Abingdon, Yarnton, Wheatley)

Are you a customer-focused individual looking to join a growing specialist business where you will receive full training and build a long-term career? Do you enjoy helping customers, providing excellent service, and being part of a friendly and supportive team?

This is a permanent, part-time position with a well-established specialist manufacturer, where you will work alongside an experienced team member in the Livingston showroom. Full training will be provided, allowing you to develop your product knowledge and confidently support customers with their enquiries.

This company are an established name within their sector, supplying customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an enthusiastic and personable individual to their team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom and contacting the business via phone and email. You will assist with product enquiries, process orders, provide updates on deliveries, and ensure customers receive a high standard of service throughout their journey.

This role would suit someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with training and progression.

The Role:

• Previous customer service, retail, showroom or office administration experience beneficial
• Friendly and professional communication skills
